To Remove the tree/ transplant the tree for dangerous /construction

 
  • Application with address duly filled with Form C under sec. 8 (2)
  • Undertaking duly filled in the form D under sec.11 (2)
  • Commencement certification
  • Sanction plan showing trace location of trees to be cut/transplant ,existing trees as well as proposed tree to be planted (obstructing trees with red colour, remaining existing trees with Green colour and propose with blue colour with number)
  • Photos of obstructing tree with number on it.
  • 7/12 extract of property
  • Copy of  Provisional NOC.
  • Annexure - II undertaking  Hon. High Court ordered dated 20/09/2013.
  • Architecture Certificate that trees are obstructing to construction so cutting is necessary

Refund of deposit
  • Application with address with original challan / Receipt
  • Photos of planted trees.
  • sanctioned Map (blue print) showing the existing planted trees location & tree photographs
  • Permission/NOC copy- for which reasons deposit is paid to corporation

Garden completion Certificate

  • Commencement certification
  • Sanction plan showing trace location of exiting trees and new tree planted with green color.
  • Copy of provisional garden NOC
  • Copy of Tree cutting/transplantation permission (If any)
  • Photos of existing Trees.& new planted trees (1:3)
