Annual Cultural Programme:
Several cultural programmes for PMC employees are organised annually in February and May, and these include drama, dance, fancy dress, musical orchectra, etc. All programmes are organised through Cultural Committee. The committee consists following members:

Celebration of National Days:
Every year important National Days are celebrated in PMC as under:
- 15th August – Independence Day
- 26th January – Republic Day
- 26th November – Constitution Day
- 1st May – Workers Day
- 10th December – Human Rights Day
Marathi Bhasha Sanvardhan:
To conserve and to develop Marathi language special committee is constituted named Marathi Bhasha Sanvardhan Samiti. Various progrmmes are arranged as per the decisions taken by this committee. The committee consists of following members :

Following Programmes are conducted by the committee:
- Marathi Week:
Every year Marathi Week is celebrated during 21st to 27th February. Kavi Samelan, hand writing competition, elocution competition, granthpradarshan, etc. activities are conducted during this week.
- Sahitya Katta:
Pune Municipal Corporation started Sahitya Katta in more than 6 gardens of PMC. Through this platform poets and writers are come forward and dialogue with the citizens regarding poets, dramas, literature, etc.
- Award Ceremony:
New poets and writers of novels, books, literature are awarded by Rs. 25,000/- through this committee.
- Exhibition of novels, books, literature, etc. is arranged through this committee.
