Application will assist the PMC Officers to track and monitor the grievances registered by Citizens of Pune.


This application helps PMC officer’s to effectively manage the lodged grievances by the citizens. The application has the following features:

  • Role based application Login (in case one individual is responsible for multiple roles)
  • Log in using employee id
  • Grievance dashboard (as per selected role)
  • Category wise Grievance details (Assigned, In Process, Rejected, Closed, Reopened)
  • Grievance workflow (option of taking action on the shown grievances)
  • User wise Grievance Rating
  • View Grievance Analytics
  • Other Common features for all users: Emergency Contacts, services, Know your works, Social Media, Telephone Directory and Who’s who
