Road Engineers and Contractors can keep track of the grievances allocated to them, and act on these grievances, at any time, on the go, through real time notifications and text messages.
Forward the grievance to any one of the listed contractors under their zone through the app. The grievance gets added to the to-do list of the contractor, and can work on it, click pictures of the completed work and assign it back to the road engineer for inspection.
The app helps road engineers and contractors understand exactly which tasks are pending with them at all times, as well as monitor contractor performance i.e. the times that each contractor takes to deal with the grievances allotted to them.
A dashboard shall be available online for PMC officials to check the spatial distribution of grievances across the city, filtered by the area, contractor name, date and status i.e. whether the grievance is open, in progress or resolved.
